Back-end Craftsman
Colin has always had passion for helping people through computers. From an early age he's been consulting and developing for a variety of clients and businesses in system administration and support roles. Later he found his way into web application programming in PHP, and his heart was captured by the siren songs of Ruby and Rails in early 2006. Since then, he's been involved in a bundle of open source projects and tries to contribute back to open source when he can.
Colin will help you when your car breaks down in the rain, he has AAA. Colin will help you when you're facing your board of directors with a website that barely functions, he has the programming. Colin will help you when your heart is broken, he is not just a robot.
Colin likes these: rock climbing, golfing, skiing, water boarding, playing in the creek, photography, music listening and composition, Drum and Bass shows, sewing, reading science fiction, playing video games, playing card games, playing board games and table-top RPG games, cooking, eating fine food, drinking wine, hiking, camping, beatboxing, and working on espresso extraction. He does not enjoy bowling.
He is a veteran of a few startups around Santa Barbara, California, where it is sunny all the time, and where he lives with his fiancé.
